Everything we track sits openly on our website, city by city. What reaches you after a call is two or three options, because the question is never what we carry. It is what suits you.
We ask before we show.
The first conversation is about your horizon, your liquidity and what this money is for. If you have asked for the wrong thing, you will hear that first.
What fits. What doesn't. Both, plainly.
Bring us something you found elsewhere and you will get an honest second opinion, whether or not we earn from it. The final decision stays yours.
